Here, you'll find forms and instructions for participating in The Fat Saturday Parade of Fools.

Community Service and Children's Organizations are invited to request a booth free of charge. You'll need to fill out and return the form here. Guidelines for booths are here.

Parade entry form
If you want to participate in the parade with walkers or motorized entries, you'll need to fill out the entry form. You'll also want to abide by the entry guidelines. There are written instructions for all participants, and here they are:
